This website is operated by STYLE FOOTWEAR LLC, a Texas limited liability company. We sell furniture pads, floor-protection, furniture-stability, movement, and related household accessories to customers in the United States.

Eligibility and permitted use

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, use automated means that unreasonably burden the service, or submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.

Product information and fit

• We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, measurements, colors, materials, pack quantities, availability, and photographs accurately.
• Display settings and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences in color, texture, dimensions, or finish.
• Review the listed dimensions and intended surfaces before ordering. Compatibility depends on the furniture-leg shape and size, floor finish, installation, weight, and use.
• Follow the product instructions and confirm the listed dimensions, fit, and intended floor surfaces before full installation.

Prices, taxes, and charges

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The applicable item price, discounts, shipping charge, taxes, and order total are displayed for review before an order is submitted. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error and will notify you if the correction affects an order.

Orders and acceptance

• Submitting an order request is a request to purchase. An acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not by itself mean that we accepted an order or charged a payment.
• We may verify item availability, delivery information, fraud risk, and legal compliance before providing a payment step or accepting an order.
• We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including an unavailable item, incorrect price, suspected fraud, payment issue, shipping restriction, or material error. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Purchase quantities may be limited when reasonably necessary to protect inventory or prevent resale abuse.

Payment

Submitting an order request does not charge you. When a payment step is available, the supported methods and final amount will be shown before authorization. By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize the applicable charges shown in the order total. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider associated with the selected method and may be subject to that provider's terms and privacy notice.

Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and estimates are confirmed before payment is requested. Delivery dates are estimates unless we make a specific written commitment. Our full Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee a change after processing or shipment begins. Return eligibility, return shipping, damaged or incorrect items, and refund timing are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy and any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The website's text, design, graphics, photographs, video, logos, product presentation, and other content are owned by or licensed to STYLE FOOTWEAR LLC and may be protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping and product research, but may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit its content without written permission or another lawful basis.

Website availability and warranties

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary interruptions or errors may occur. Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Texas, without depriving a consumer of any non-waivable protection available under the law of the consumer's residence. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our products, operations, or legal obligations. Revised Terms apply when posted and do not retroactively change an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
